Didn't take long for Greg Smith to start the law and order auction he professes to abhor. Already he has flagged mandatory life sentences for police killings and now he is advocating imprisoning young people for graffiti!~Dsepite the evidence that locking young people uip only prepares them for further imprisonment and that the vast majority of them will desist, not escalate their offending.
